PB&J and Intuition Ale Works raised money to help end child homelessness with $1 from every beer purchased going to Forsaken Generation. Musical guests The Homesteaders, Katie Grace Helow and Something Distant entertained the crowd along with jugglers, drummers, hoopers, and other circus oddities. In addition there were carnival booths, a kids’ area, corn hole tournament and Hairiest Man Competition.
Refreshments were provided by Chew, Sweet Pete’s and the Raw Juice Company. Professional photography taken by Laura Evans.
Right now Jacksonville and the surrounding areas (NE Florida) have more than 8,000 homeless students enrolled in school.
